Your spiritual life is not a symptom.
I have studied energy healing, meditated for years, and drawn from more than one tradition. This part of my life has shaped me as much as my clinical training.
You do not have to explain what a reading is, or why the moon matters, or why you already knew something before it happened. We can skip that part.
I am a psychologist, so what happens in session is therapy. I do not read charts, pull cards, or provide any spiritual or energy work with clients.
But I am not going to sit here and treat your spiritual life like a symptom either.

If you come in with a polished, intellectual explanation for what’s going on, I might point out that the explanation could be a way of staying in your head to avoid what’s underneath it.
